EME Certificate (Exempted Micro Enterprise)
For businesses with an annual turnover of less than R10 million.

Black Ownership Advantage
If your EME is 100% black owned, you automatically qualify for 100% procurement recognition—the highest possible status. This is 25% more than a Level 1 contributor (which only gets 135% recognition).

QSE Certificate (Qualifying Small Enterprise)
For businesses with annual turnover between R10 million and R50 million.

- Preferential QSE Scorecard with bonus points
- Modified Scorecard Elements are easier to achieve than the Generic
- Qualifying Small Enterprise Certificate valid for 12 months
